Our podcast interviews six lay and clergy leaders in the Diocese of Maryland. We talk about real life leadership and the shaping of their vocations. The purpose of the podcast is to connect us. While those within our parishes know our stories well, when serving at other levels in the church seldom do we listen to the spiritual stories of our close colleagues and seldom do we have a chance to share our own.
